Davlat byudjeti boʻyicha davlatlar roʻyxati
Davlat byudjeti boʻyicha davlatlar reytingi – dunyo mamlakatlarining byudjet kirim-chiqimlari, defitsit-profitsitlari koʻrsatkichidir[1][2].
Quyidagi jadvallar davlat byudjetining saldosini millionlab AQSh dollari yoki millionlab mahalliy valyuta birliklarida va yalpi ichki mahsulotning foiz sifatida, Markaziy maʼlumot agentligi va Jahon banki tomonidan chop etilgan maʼlumotlarga asoslanib koʻrsatadi[3][4][5][6][7][8].
Markaziy razvedka boshqarmasi maʼlumotlariga koʻra, byudjetda profitsit (+) yoki defitsit (-) milliy hukumat daromadlari va xarajatlari oʻrtasidagi farqni BXF foizida ifodalaydi. Ijobiy (+) raqam daromadlar xarajatlardan oshganini (profitsit) koʻrsatadi, salbiy (-) raqam esa bularning aksini (defitsit) ni koʻrsatadi. Maʼlumotlarni normallashtirish byudjet balansini yalpi ichki mahsulotga boʻlingan holda, mamlakatlar boʻylab oson taqqoslashni koʻrsatadi. Byudjetida defitsitlar boʻlgan mamlakatlarda, odatda, xarajatlarni moliyalashtirish uchun mablagʻlar yigʻish qiyinroq boʻladi[9].
Jahon bankiga koʻra, daromadlar soliqlar, ijtimoiy toʻlovlar va boshqa daromadlardan, masalan, jarimalar, toʻlov, ijara va mol-mulk yoki savdolardan olingan daromadlardan tushgan pul mablagʻidir. Grantlar ham daromad sifatida hisoblanadi, ammo bu yerda hisoblanmaydi. Xarajatlar – davlatning tovar va xizmatlarni yetkazib berish boʻyicha faoliyat koʻrsatishi uchun pul toʻlovlaridir. Bu xodimlar uchun kompensatsiya, foizlar va subsidiyalar, grantlar, ijtimoiy nafaqalar, ijara va dividendlar kabi boshqa xarajatlarni oʻz ichiga oladi[10].
