Uretrosele

Vikipediya, ochiq ensiklopediya

Uretrotsele - ayollar siydik yo'lining qinga tushishi. Uretrani ushlab turadigan to'qimalarning zaiflashishi uning vaginaga chiqishiga olib kelishi mumkin[1][2]. Uretrotselelar ko'pincha sistosele bilan (siydik pufagi, shuningdek siydik yo'lini o'z ichiga oladi) birgalikda paydo bo'ladi[3]. Bunday holda, sistouretrosele atamasi ishlatiladi[4][5].

Ko'pincha uretrosele alomatlarsiz yuzaga keladi[1]. Agar mavjud bo'lsa, alomatlar stress, siydik chiqarish chastotasining oshishi va siydik tutilishi (qovuqni bo'shatishda qiyinchilik) ni o'z ichiga olishi mumkin[1]. Jinsiy aloqa paytida og'riq ham paydo bo'lishi mumkin.

Agar uretrosele siyishda qiyinchilik tug'dirsa, bu sistitga olib kelishi mumkin.

Uretrotselelar ko'pincha chanoq bo'shlig'ining tutib turuvchi tuzilmalarining shikastlanishi natijasida paydo bo'lishi mumkin. Uretrotselelar ginekologik saratonni davolashdan keyin paydo bo'lishi mumkin[6]. Uretrotsele ko'pincha tug'ruqdan kelib chiqadi, chaqaloqning qin orqali harakatlanishi atrofdagi to'qimalarga zarar yetkazadi. Hali farzand ko'rmagan ayollarda paydo bo'lganda, ular chanoq bo'shlig'i to'qimalarida tug'ma zaiflikning natijasi bo'lishi mumkin[7].

Uretrotselni jarrohlik yo'li bilan davolash mumkin.
