Jean-Marie Lehn
Jan-Mari Len (1939-yil 30-sentyabrda tugʻilgan)[1] — fransuz kimyogari. U 1987-yilda Donald Kram va Charlz Pedersen bilan birgalikda kriptondlarni sintez qilgani uchun kimyo boʻyicha Nobel mukofotiga sazovor boʻlgan . Uning otasi novvoy boʻlgan, lekin musiqaga qiziqishi tufayli u keyinchalik shahar organchisi boʻlgan. Len musiqani ham oʻrgangan va bu uning fandan keyin asosiy qiziqishiga aylanganini aytdi. U olim sifatidagi professional faoliyati davomida organ chalishni davom ettirdi. 1950-yildan 1957-yilgacha Obernaydagi oʻrta maktabda lotin, yunon, nemis va ingliz tillarini, fransuz adabiyotini oʻz ichiga olgan va keyinchalik u falsafa va fanga, xususan kimyoga juda qiziqib qolgan. 1957-yil iyul oyida u falsafa boʻyicha bakalavr, oʻsha yilning sentyabr oyida esa tabiiy fanlar boʻyicha bakalavr darajasini oldi.
Strasburg universitetida u falsafani oʻrganishni oʻylagan boʻlsa-da, u fizika, kimyo va tabiiy fanlar boʻyicha kurslarni oʻrganishni yakunladi, Guy Ourisson maʼruzalarida qatnashdi va organik kimyo boʻyicha ilmiy martaba bilan shugʻullanmoqchi ekanligini angladi. U Ourisson laboratoriyasiga qoʻshildi va doktorlik darajasiga koʻtarildi. U yerda u laboratoriyaning birinchi NMR spektrometri uchun mas’ul edi va steroid hosilalarida proton NMR signallarining oʻrinbosar induktsiyasi uchun qoʻshimchalar qoidasini koʻrsatgan birinchi ilmiy maqolasini nashr etdi. U doktorlik dissertatsiyasini oldi va bir yil davomida Garvard universitetidagi Robert Berns Vudvordning laboratoriyasida B12 vitamini sintezi ustida ishladi[2].
Faoliyati
[tahrir | manbasini tahrirlash]1966-yilda u Strasburg universitetining kimyo kafedrasiga konferensiya magistri (dotsent) lavozimiga tayinlandi. Uning tadqiqotlari molekulalarning fizik xususiyatlariga, bu xususiyatning tuzilish bilan qanday bogʻliqligini yaxshiroq tushunish uchun maʼlum bir xususiyatni namoyish qilish uchun maxsus moʻljallangan birikmalarni sintez qilishga qaratilgan.
1968-yilda u boshqa molekula joylashishi mumkin boʻlgan boʻshliqni oʻz ichiga olgan qafasga oʻxshash molekulalarning sinteziga erishdi. Organik kimyo unga kerakli shakldagi qafaslarni yaratishga imkon berdi va shu bilan faqat maʼlum turdagi molekulalarning qafasga joylashishiga imkon berdi. Bu kimyoning yangi sohasi, sensorlar uchun asos boʻldi. Bunday mexanizmlar molekulyar biologiyada ham katta rol oʻynaydi.
Bu kriptandlar, Lehn deb ataganidek, uning asosiy qiziqish markaziga aylandi va uning kimyoning yangi turini — „supramolekulyar kimyo“ ni taʼriflashiga olib keldi, u bir molekula ichidagi aloqalarni oʻrganish oʻrniga, molekulalararo diqqatga sazovor joylarni koʻrib chiqadi va nima boʻlar edi? keyinchalik mitsellar, polimerlar yoki gillar kabi „moʻrt narsalar“ deb nomlanadi.
